Something Special by Sarah

Welcome to Something by Sarah! This is an amazing monogram company from right in my school town of Kutztown! The products are flawless and one of my favorites is a coffee mug, that I have never seen before. She is an innovative owner who is always looking for more ideas.
"I started the company over the summer because I wanted to save up some money for graduate school, but I mostly wanted to do it because I am obsessed with monograms! I have been buying so many stickers, cups, and so much more from Etsy websites when the thought occurred. I began to make a lot of stuff for my cousin's rustic themed wedding last September which was awesome! Now, I want to start working with other sororities on campus to make things for them too!"
Spread the word to all of your friends in all sororities to try and work with this awesome business. Everything is quality and she puts her whole heart into everything she does!

Southern Nest!

One of my new favorite stores on Etsy is Southern Nest! It is any sorority girl or big girl entering the real world's dream! It is all about the monogram. The owner's name is Courtney and her store is so charming.Southern Nest offers the top quality wooden monograms on the market. Get creative and monogram your home! A little vintage, a little preppy....welcome to Southern Nest.
"Today, a team of multiple hardworking individuals are what make the Southern Nest operations flow so smoothly. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we continue to be the leader in wooden monograms. Southern Nest was recently featured on the Today Show, Rosie Pope of Bravo's Pregnant in Heels, Charlotte Observer, Huntersville News and Herald, and chosen as one of Charlotte's 2014 Best of Charlotte companies. We work incredibly hard to deliver a BREATHTAKING product and send our customers a little piece of the South."

Woodland Sign Company

Woodland Sign Company started in 2011 in Savannah, GA. They originally showed our work at local markets and craft fairs. In the beginning, they specialized in custom name and anniversary signs. As the business grew, so did the demand for other types of custom signs. Quite a few of their regular customers suggested that we create an Etsy store. Once we created Woodland Sign Company on Etsy, the business exploded. They have been doing this "sign thing" ever since, and love it!  They did branched out into custom nursery artwork and sorority artwork, and that has really taken our business to the next level.
Lindsey, the owner, has a husband who is an active duty solider in the Army, so when you're a military wife AND have a 2 year old at home, the best solution is to go into business for yourself. The shop allows me to be creative, move around the country, and stay home with my son. "That's a win, win, win in my humble opinion" she states. She has a bachelor's and master's degree in interior design, so she loves making decor for the home. Her husband deserves a little recognition for being her partner in crime because he takes on the task of cutting and staining all of their pretty signs. They're truly 100% hand made and custom!
If you are interested in making a purchase use the code SORORITY1 at checkout to receive $5 off a purchase of $35 or more! Who wouldn't love that!

The Blue Raspberry Shop Giveaway

Meet Caroline King:

She is a current sophomore at Wofford College in South Carolina where she majors in Business Economics. She is a Tri Delt and is the current Treasurer of her chapter. She has another clothing company called Caroline Dawn. She loves doing anything creative which is why she started the Blue Raspberry Shop. She had painted a few pairs of Tom's and then everyone wanted them so she began to sell them. From there she grew into switch plates which is what she tends to sell the most of. Recently, she has added vinyl monograms and she is working into expanding the shop into embroidered monograms!

Monograms and bows

Monograms, you can NEVER have enough! Although lately people have been standing up saying they aren't into the classic girly srat idea, I can't say I am one of them. I love getting my Lilly bows or monogram purses. I can always count websites like jennabenna.comhttp://www.blggdesigns.com/, and https://www.etsy.com/shop/ItsABowThing12 to have the latest and greatest designs.

Be who you are, and if that is with all the beautiful bows & monograms... well then it's safe to say it will be a good life!
